Pros- Easy to shop, purchase 24/7, easy click

Cons- Your spa is going to be dumped on your driveway and now you have to figure out how to move your spa. No one to show you how to handle chemicals. Have questions, you will be on the phone for a long time with customer support. Very difficult to find a repair person as local stores only want to work on their own spas.
