Yes, most people with arthritis really benefit from a hot tub. The warm water reduces joint pressure. The hydrotherapy jets offer a gentle massage that relives pain and stiffness. Most people with arthritis use their hot tubs daily
-
Our prices range from $2,800-$20,000+ really depends on what you are looking for and how many people you want to seat
-
We have seen the average between $40-$50 for power each month
-
This is a hot tub from a big box store that was either returned for a minor scratch or dent. Or the manufacture needs to clear out their stock sitting in the yard. Most of these hot tubs are brand new, we will label the spa used if we see any signs of wear
-
110v is an easy plug and play spa. This is a great option if you are more of a soaker and like some jets
220v will need to be wired by a licensed electrician. 220v helps the spa heater and jets run at the same time. This type of power will also have more jet power
-
There are a few different items out on the market. We recommend chlorine or salt products.
Most of our Caldera Products have salt options!
-
Proper maintenance is essential for your health and your hot tubs health. Properly using pH strips to test the water, using sanitizer, chlorine, minerals, and salt appropriately. Rinsing out filter weekly is recommend! At a MINIMUM monthly filter cleaning, draining, cleaning, and refill your spa every 3-6 months
@ Ease Floating Sanitation System- Replace silver piece (chlorine) monthly, most spas recommend setting the dial to 2. Replace blue (minerals) piece every 4 months
In line @ Ease Sanitation System is the same, just different placement depending on the spa.
Clean your FILTER! This is the biggest issue we see from clients. To find your filter, locate your skimmer basket- where the water pulls when jets are on. Turn jets off, rotate basket until this comes off, usually an easy twist will do. Remove basket and locate your filter. Depending on your model, you will either have one you will pull out or screw off with your hand.
Use a jet setting on your hose or use your finger to create a water pressure. Spray until clean, recommended to use Filter Blaster (sold in store) to sanitize your filter. Leave on for 10 minutes and then rinse. Replace filter and skimmer basket.
Your filter will last about one year. If you do need a new one, we have most in stock. It is helpful to bring your old filter or have the make/ model of your spa
-
Often times there is left over laundry detergent on your clothing and this can build up. We recommend reusing a swimsuit a few times, rinse after using the spa to help out with this. We do have a product called foam down to help with this issue as well
-

Before you start draining your spa, you will need to turn off the power by unplugging your spa or turning off the breaker. There will be a drain plug at the bottom of your hot tub, open the valve and let the water drain
If your hot tub is super dirty, we recommend FROG Hot tub pipe and jet cleanser (sold in store) This is a cleanser that is portioned out to a one time use. You will add this to your spa with the jets running, into the filter. Let this run for 15 minutes and watch all the dirt flow out
To avoid airlock codes you will need to refill your hot tub through the filter. We recommend using a Frog jump start packet when the water is refilled. This brings back minerals into your water for a fresh start. It is recommend to pour this product into the filter as you will avoid having graduals on the floor. We do sell the Frog jump start packets in store.

Most hot tubs heat at 3–6°F per hour, taking 12–24 hours to reach the desired temperature. Once a hot tub is hot after initial fill of cold water, energy efficient hot tubs like Caldera Spas are designed to be kept at their set temperature so they are always ready to use without waiting for it to heat up
-
Pregnant women should always consult their doctor first. Prolonged exposure to high temperatures (above 102°F) can be risky. If approved by a physician, use lower temperatures and shorter soak times
-
Yes, with supervision. It is recommended to keep the temperature at 100°F or lower and limit soak time to 10–15 minutes. Children should never be left unattended in a hot tub.
-
We keep a small stock of replacement covers, as there are many hot tubs sizes out there. We would be happy to get you a new cover. Estimated Order time is 6-8 weeks. Average cost is between $700-$800
Covers last an average of 3-5 years, due to the sun and weather elements.
